Same time as Tet, in the name of no second front, the 2nd Korean War of ’68 was fought and won in a news blackout that never ended, keeping this most gorgeous military victory from becoming American History. The same day the Pueblo was seized, on the DMZ, 400,000 enemy massed above 4,000 throw-away nobody GIs in a game of Nuclear Chicken. Your children got born and the Pueblo Crew was returned. Been to Korea lately? A World power now, sticks and mud then and still adores America for being such a ‘respectful’ guest defender. See. You are feeling better already. This story is not about who we were but who we ARE now. We did not change, only the medium, easy to see through once understanding how being an Americans is the most amazing proposition ever handed to a bunch people agreeing the point of their spear is cause and effect making the whole world ever happier.

A fortunate three-way collision. 1) An OCS Army Officer [NOT IN NAM!!] who faced the fire for 16 months in the Second Korean War, experiencing a victory so gorgeous it is impossible for him to ever stop believing in America. 2) Lifetime student of Scottish Empiricism. 3) Over 50 years off-trail running in the Marin Headlands taking pictures and keeping a log. Normally, no big whoop, except for the Marin Headland, being surely the most gorgeous place on earth, made it impossible for Klein NOT to give saving the day like he did once before.

• A Trojan Horse, you may have noticed that David Hume appears here as a bit of the inventor of America, with us Americans to eternally prove him right. A Tory, among the most entitled, and with sharing power a must for Scottish Empiricism to work, his writing got his peers to give ground in exchange for receiving the eternal honor of being the inventors of the modern world. Imagine, every hiccup, good and bad, of the ever more perfect world to come being blamed only on Hume and friends, all the rest, at best, complicit.

• Please read this 12-minute book, tell everyone on your Rolodex to give it a read, post a review so it becomes news, read by enough who will then know Americans are way too amazing to be hijacked by this pile of junk.

• BONUS. Once published it could Invite Copycat books. This particular ‘Current Idiom’ is according to an old guy with minimal literary qualifications. The next ‘book’ could be by the most acclaimed living writers of each generation, so we never have to do this coming apart      thing again.

• Dennis H. Klein grew up in the DC Metro, received a Civil Engineer Degree at UMD and later, after the Army, a Masters of same at UC Berkeley. He got lucky and served as an OCS Officer on the Korean DMZ [NOT IN NAM!] where he faced the fire for 16 months in in 2nd Korean War, our last‘right fight. For the last 53 years, he has lived among towering redwood trees in the Marin Headlands, as mentioned, the most gorgeous place on earth, too much inspiration not to put his thoughts to paper, including these three earlier books, all of which have David Hume Footprints all over them.

• As for his day job, Klein has been first to market commoditizing the future, first environmental planning mapping systems, then digital municipal data models instead of paper maps, followed by first to deploy a national parcel map of every property boundary in America. He is ending his career with the adoption of Universal Common Parcel Indexing worldwide to      expedite AI and facilitate the ultimate formation of a worldwide parcel map of every property on earth.
